Program 1

Independence through accessible housing.

For individuals living with blindness or visual impairment, the home environment is everything. We provide fully accessible housing equipped with adaptive technology, tactile navigation aids, and layouts designed for confident, independent living.

Our case managers work one-on-one with each resident to connect them with orientation and mobility training, assistive devices, and community resources — so that losing sight never means losing independence.

Program 2

Barrier-free homes. Boundless dignity.

People living with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities face unique barriers to stable housing. Our program provides barrier-free units with ADA-compliant modifications, personal care support, and wraparound services tailored to each individual's needs.

We believe disability is not inability. Every resident in our program is supported to live as fully and independently as possible — with the accommodations, care, and community they deserve.

Program 3

Honoring service with a stable place to land.

Too many veterans return home from service only to face homelessness, isolation, and a system that wasn't built for their needs. Our Veterans Housing Program provides safe, transitional and permanent housing alongside the wraparound support needed to rebuild civilian life.

From mental health referrals to employment assistance and peer support groups, we walk alongside every veteran until they have the stability and community they earned through their sacrifice.

Aging with dignity, community, and care.

Older adults facing housing insecurity are among the most vulnerable in our communities. Our Senior Housing Program provides safe, comfortable homes where residents are never isolated — but surrounded by care, connection, and community.

We coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to ensure every senior in our program has not just a roof over their head, but a life full of warmth and belonging.

A safe harbor where healing can begin.

For mothers and children fleeing domestic violence, abuse, or crisis, safety is not a luxury — it is a lifeline. Our Women & Children's Program provides emergency and transitional housing in a secure, nurturing environment where families can begin to heal.

Beyond shelter, we offer trauma-informed counseling, children's support services, legal advocacy, and pathways to long-term stability — because every mother deserves to feel safe, and every child deserves to feel loved.

Poverty and housing insecurity are deeply intertwined. Our Economic Stability Program provides affordable housing access alongside financial literacy education, job placement support, and connections to community resources — giving individuals and families the tools to build a lasting foundation.
